Systems Consulting™ has its own Contact and Call Centre capable of both outbound calling and inbound coverage services. The centre is managed by a Contact Centre Manager with a team of well trained Telephone Support Representatives (TSRs) and we offer services across the English speaking Caribbean as well as Canada, USA and Europe.

The Call Centre currently supports our Marketing Research business unit and allows us to provide clients with coverage in sixteen (16) countries in the Caribbean from our location in Barbados.
