This is a role for persons qualified and certified as a network/systems administrator. In addition to academic qualifications, persons should have Computer Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Microsoft certifications including Database Administration, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft CRM, and SharePoint. Additional skills in customer service, help desk support, and project management would be an asset.
