The Product Support Specialist primary duties are to provide services in the areas of customer support, installation, testing, implementation and training to our diverse customers in Software Development, Web Development, Accounting, Payroll, HRM, Time & Attendance, maintenance of in-house applications and any other software applications that the company offers to clients.
